African Hygiene African Hygiene will manage the entire contract in relation to supervision and industrial relations.
We will be responsible for salaries, retirement annuity, quarterly bonus scheme and benefit contributions, (U.I.F. / Workers compensation), thus eliminating the need for additional administrative duties to our clients.
African Hygiene will draft a specific cleaning specification schedule and onsite training will be done thoroughly.
During times of annual leave, African Hygiene will place trained relief personnel on site.
We will supply and operate the necessary cleaning equipment / chemicals in accordance with N.O.S.A. standards, and will thoroughly train all cleaning staff in chemical application and dilution.
African Hygiene takes over the responsibility of housekeeping functions and allows the clients’ management to utilise the additional time to the benefit of the clients core business, while enjoying a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
